バレンタインデーの放課後、奥村は、まりなとの思い出の公園で彼女からチョコをもらう。「昔、奥村に告白されたときに、自分も好きと伝えられていたら、恋人同士になれていただろうか」と問うまりなに、だが奥村は何の感情も表すことができなかった。未だ奥村の心には、現実の女性を拒む、二次元と三次元の間の壁が潜んでいたのだ。それを痛感したまりなと、公園での一幕を見ていたリリサたちは、奥村の「壁」を壊すことを決意する。まりなはリリエルのコスに身を包み、奥村を呼び出す。父や母のように、人を不幸にしうるなら独りで生きていく、リリエルがいれば独りでも幸せになれるという奥村に対し、まりなは平手打ちとともに、たとえ誰かを傷つける「完璧じゃない」人間であっても、他者とお互いに「欠け」を埋め合えることができると説く。まりなの体を張った説得に「壁」を壊された奥村は、閉じ込めていた自分の感情を取り戻すことができた。半月後、まりなは学校を卒業するが、OG特別顧問として漫研に来るようになる。さらに1か月後、漫研一同は進級し、一年前にリリサが入部したように、新入生のために部員募集に向けて機運を高める。
