Noa is a petite young girl with short hair, she is also really skinny as seen in chapter 48-5, when Aria opened her top
Personality
She is very awkward and timid and shy, she also has a bad habit of glaring at those who help her even though she is trying to be grateful. Deep down she is lonely and wants friends
Background
Noa grew up loving Liliel and other Anime, when she was little, all her classmates were also Otaku so she fit in, she would draw pictures for her friends, Sadly as she grew up her friends grew out of the Otaku life and she became an outcast because she would continue to draw in class and 2 girls asked her did she ever study for school, Life was hard at home too as her Mother wanted her to study but Noa would spend all her time drawing Liliel, this caused a rift between her and her mother. She eventually joined a Manga club but due to her constant rambling her club mates called her a weirdo and told her that the way a conversation worked is if everyone gets to talk, after that incident Noa never spoke again.
Present Day
Noa saw Ririsa Liliel online and was enraged that she was last in the top 5, but she was also in aw of her beauty. The next day Noa went to a cosplay store to buy materials she was struggling to lift a big roll of Blue Fabric but she was helped by Okumura, sadly Noa gave him a death glare and Okumura begged her not to kill him, Noa then ran away leaving Okumura confused. No then found Ririsa and she saw that she was buying Pink and White fabric, Noa immediately connected the dots and deduced that Ririsa was Liliel, sadly Noa did the same thing she did to Okumura and gave Ririsa a death glare, Ririsa begged her not to hurt her, Noa then addressed her as Liliel and then opened her bag, Ririsa feared for her life thinking that Noa was going to pull a knife out, but it was a poster for a Cinderella Star cosplay event, Noa then ran leaving Ririsa confused.
Noa arrived at the event and she saw Ririsa with Okumura and Mayuri, Noa was so happy that Ririsa had so many friends, Noa then tried to approach Ririsa but got cold feet, Ririsa noticed her and greeted her, Noa gave the death glare, Ririsa panicked and Noa fled to hide behind a wall, Noa then eavesdropped on Ririsa, then Nagomi showed up and Noa was shocked that Ririsa was friends with her, she then recognized Mayuri as Mayuri the Succubus, Noa then listened to the whole conversation. Noa then confronted Ririsa in the changing room to clear up the misunderstanding but again her awkwardness caused Ririsa to think that she was threatening her for the spot to change, Noa fell into a sad state and she just gave up as she knew that she could never talk to Ririsa. at the event Noa in costume confronted Liliel and again Ririsa thought that it was a threatening challenge, Ririsa tried to ask Noa to take photos with her, Noa ignored her as she refused to believe that someone as beautiful as Liliel would want to take a photo with her. Noa then saw Okumura whisper to Liliel that they needed to move out to a better spot, Noa then fled, she sat on a bench and remembered her horrible treatment in her club she then remembered that people hate hearing her talk, Okumura then arrived to talk to her. After talking with Okumura, Noa was able to thank him for his help and then she left looking for Ririsa, sadly on her way she ran into some fans of hers who wanted a selfie she tried to turn them down but they took her cold response as being in character so they still took the photos, eventually Lilies found Noa and insisted on doing some group photos, Noa finally found her voice and agreed, After the photos were done Noa was sad as Ririsa had got the idea that she hated her but just as Noa was abouts to talk she got flashbacks to her bullying for talking too much, this made her regress and had her inner darkness tell her to get over herself and that nobody wants to be friends with her, Noa then cast aside her darkness by telling herself that she is a new person and not her old gloomy self, Her inner darkness then smiled and vanished in s glow of light, Noa then grabbed Liliel by her hand and asked to be her friend, Liliel then overjoyed hugged Noa and accepted.
Noa was then seen waiting for Ririsa outside, she was then greeted by Nagomi who confronted her about declaring war on Ririsa, Noa in her head was saying that wasn't it, Nagomi then told her that she did the same thing so they were alike, Noa told her that they were nothing alike, Nagomi then told Noa to target her for her rivalry not Ririsa, Noa again found her voice and told Nagomi that she loved Liliel she was just socially awkward, just then Ririsa pounced on Nagomi and hugged her and Noa just watched.
Noa then attended a phot studio run by Chika a friend of Mayuri, Noa looked concerned when Chika mentioned the scenario of Okumura dying, In the changing room Ririsa complimented Noa's body as she was petit and cute, whilst Ririsa had huge breasts and wasn't well proportioned, Noa then expressed her thanks to Ririsa and Okumura for their friendship. During their Photo shoot, Noa also asked Okumura to send the photos to her, they were then interrupted by the arrival of Aria Kisaki who barged in and wanted to join them and be friends, Noa was enraged by Aria ruining their shoot and violating Ririsa's personal space, Aria then jumped Noa with the same affection, Noa kept telling her to stop but aria was too positive to listen, No knew that Ririsa couldn't say no, so Noa confronted Aria and told her to listen to people for one second, Noa then told her that they had booked the room for just the two of them, she then told Aria that she is gorgeous and could be a model or actress so why be a cosplayer, Aria told Noa that she had her reasons, Noa reluctantly agreed to Aria joining, When Aria was hesitant to changing Noa told her that there was a changing room. After Aria got changed Noa was enraged by her half assed costume and the fact that it was Pearl Chan was wrong, due to the wrong hair color outfit and hair style, Noa then witnessed Ririsa lecture Aria on cosplay. Noa then attended the Anime viewing and enjoyed it, but had to keep telling Aria that Okumura was not a threat to women, Aria told her that he kept staring at them, and Noa told her that was because she was talking to him and that it was bad manners to not look someone in the eye when they are talking to you. After the Viewing Mikari Tachibana arrived to talk with Okumura and Noa was excited to have another cosplay friend. Noa then had to defend Okumura again from Aria's baseless accusations about being a danger to women, as Aria was asking how Okumura wasn't choking on his drool over the idol Mikari, Noa then learned that Mikari and Okumura were childhood friends and Noa then watched Mikari scold Aria for her rudeness to Okumura. Noa left with Aria to get something to eat, Aria brought Noa a Froyo and Noa took one sip and was full after it due to her bad metabolism. When Noa returned she found out that Okumura was googling Aria and he found Valkyrie Battlefield, as her favorite, Noa asked Aria what was so special about ti and Aria told her to respect her boundaries, this caused Noa to call Aria a hypocrite as when they first met her she didn't respect their boundaries at all, Aria then reluctantly told them that her father wrote Valkyrie Battlefield, and then told them about her sad past. Noa was present when aria returned the next day looking really solum, Aria broke down over her father being dead and Noa along with Ririsa and Mikari hugged her. Noa then listened to Okumura's explanation of why Aria's father was still alive and worked as an apprentice for the creator of Liliel Noa then vowed along with the rest of the group to help Aria meet her father again. During costume making Noa was overjoyed to hang out with friends. On the day of the Con Noa commented on the heat and was happy that Okumura was taking care of them, During their cosplay Ririsa refused to hydrate due to her perfectionism on cosplay and didn't want to ruin her makeup Mikari called her a moron for that, No then witnessed Ririsa faint from dehydration and heatstroke so Noa carried the unconscious Liliel to the medic tent, this caused a spark in the fandom as it looked like a scene from Angel Paratroopers of Nokiel carrying and Injured Liliel to safety. After Ririsa was discharged Noa was the one to scold her, and told her that her perfectionism is moronic if she is willing to risk her life for it, Noa then told Ririsa that they could easily redo her makeup and also her makeup would run from her sweating in the heat too, Noa then felt a hand on her shoulder and it was Okumura who thanked her for her words to Ririsa but now she should stop before she says something that she may regret. After the convention Noa watched Aria meet her father and was happy that they patched things up, Noa was then ecstatic about getting a signed copy of Valkyrie Battlefield.
It was now Summer Break and Noa accompanied her friends to the beach, Noa just made sand sculptures as she was afraid of the water, Aria tried to persuade her, but Okumura told her to leave Noa be for now, Okumura sat with Noa and talked for a while and then took Noa by the hand and told her that she can go in the water with him holding her hand, Noa was happy that her Senpai was helping her and she enjoyed playing with him until and overly excited Aria jumped her. Noa then took the test of courage and was grouped with Mikari Ririsa and Mayuri, Noa was terrified by all the ghosts but it was revealed to be some pensioners scaring the young kids. Noa was then seen in the clubroom as Midori Taki entered along with Abe Marina, Noa then was surprised to find out that Marina was Okumura's childhood friend and crush, Noa was willing to help the Student Councill make maid outfits, during costume fitting, Noa was so happy that Ririsa finished her costume first, she docked it up to friendship points, Mikari then chimed in with the fact that hers required less fabric, Noa fell into depression and her Mascot form, Mikari then told her that she was petit and adorable, she wasn't taking a dig.
Relationships
Masamune Okumura
Noa loves Okumura as he is such a kind person, she is grateful for his kindness and always going out of his way for others, she is thankful for him talking to her when she was troubled and helping her get over her fear of the water. She also loves that he is a massive Otaku like her and that she can be herself around him.
Ririsa Amano
Noa loves Ririsa as a friend and for her love of cosplay. Noa got off on the wrong foot with her due to her own issues but thanks to Okumura talking to her Noa was able to not only get photos with Ririsa but become her friend.
Aria Kisaki
Noa is good friends with Aria, she has shown concern for Aria like when she thought that her father was dead, Noa also dislikes how aria babies her and gets clingy, Noa has stated that Aria is her best friend and the two are inseparable, Noa has been seen being carried by Aria into the club room in her mascot mode.
Mikari Tachibana
Noa admires her for cosplay but is not up to date on her modeling career, regardless she sees her as a friend.
Marina Abe
Noa like all the club members loves Marina like a big sister, Noa loves being coddled by her.
Tsubaki Hana
As her Senpai Noa took responsibility in making her feel welcome and supported her as a friend.
